Chronic back pain = stored trauma

If your back hurts, you are storing trauma.

Since the subconscious is located in the body, your back is trying to tell you something whenever it hurts.

Maybe it’s recalling a past abuse or neglect.

It could also be calling out a particular way that you haven’t been supported.

When your back hurts (or hurts more than normal), ask yourself how you haven’t been feeling supported lately. Make a note of whatever traumas might be coming up to be healed. Pay attention to your triggers lately, and see how they’re connected.
